Junmai Ginjo made from 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Fukui Prefecture.
The aroma is simple and mainly rice. It is not very fruity.
The mouthfeel is similar to that of the first sip.
As you continue drinking, you can feel the umami of the rice gradually seeping out.
It is not gorgeous, but it is a sake that shows the honesty of sake brewing.
