It is arabashiri from Hakutsuru. Sake brewed with No. 10 yeast and Hanafuki🌾🍶. Hakutsuru is said to be one of the first breweries to brew sake with No. 10 yeast. It is said that Hakutsuru is one of the first breweries to brew sake with No. 10 yeast. The first aroma is a fresh sweet aroma that is typical of new sake. In the mouth, it has a freshness that is more youthful than the roughness of new sake. It has a refreshing sweetness with a slight sourness and astringency that gives it a nice sharpness. There's enough tingling and pain in the mouth this time of year, but I personally prefer it calmed down this much. I think Hakutsuru is still delicious 😋. I drank it with sushi and it was perfect. I tried to make it sound plausible 😤. This Hakutsuru is refreshing so it goes well with 🍣. The other vine labels are sweeter, so if you want to drink it by itself or pair it with something stronger like roasted bara 🤔.
