As a resident of Kanagawa Prefecture, I have had "Takashi" many times, but this is my first time drinking Miyamanishiki. Recently, I have been drinking a lot of fruity and sweet sake at home, so I thought I would like to try a dry sake for the first time in a while. It has a delicate aroma, but on the first day after opening the bottle, it has a slightly alcoholic overtone, but after 3 days in the fridge, the alcohol feeling has completely disappeared and the aroma has changed to a clean, clear aroma👍. It goes well with horse mackerel and squid salted fish that I bought in Ito ✨ Following yesterday's Hatsukame, the brand recommended by the liquor store as a food sake is great ✨ It's delicious, thanks for the treat 😋!
