No.6 because it is June 6. this year we are going to go sticky backslash backslash backslash ٩٩٩( 'omega')و //////
But I prefer se⚪︎x to six\\٩٩٩( 'ω')و ////
The aroma is calm and has a slight Japanese pear flavor, probably because it was laid down.
Just the right amount of effervescence, green kiwi flavor, and a slight graininess in the mid-palate that flows through the apple-like acidity in the aftertaste. Therefore, if you don't drink it consciously, you may tend to take it only on its clear side.
Well, I think that is what makes this sake easy to drink even though it is sake, and it is well made, which makes it a good sake as an entry point.
I also found it easy to drink at first 😌.
I plan to go with a basic home-aged Niimasa. I want to leave it for a year 😊.
