新丸子屋
The "Kura" series was released in response to the brewer's desire to give people a better sense of the atmosphere of the brewery and the hometown of Aizu Sakashita in Fukushima Prefecture. It has a gorgeous aroma, a mildly smooth mouthfeel, and a pleasant volume of fresh and clear flavor.
The sake rice is Gohyakumangoku, the rice polishing ratio is 50%, and the yeast is Fukushima Prefecture yeast TM-1.
This sake has a sweet and fruity impression, soft on the palate and easy to drink ✨The aroma is also characterized by a gorgeous melon-like flavor.
It has a clean taste that you will never get tired of drinking, and as you start to drink it, it has a rich flavor with a bit of sourness and bitterness 🤤.
It had a similar impression to the Koryu sake we drank one time before.
I paired it with bonito tataki.
