nitoWe opened a bottle of sake that was released in limited quantities at last week's kurabiraki. It is a Manzai Nanju brewed in a jar. I opened it right away to compare it with the Mantai Nanju, a raw light nigori that I drank before this one. The raw sake is fresh and full of flavor, but the sake brewed in a jar is not only full of flavor, but the sake brewed in a jar is really gentle and mellow. As the brewer said, it is a delicious sake that is not like Nito. The brewer also said that it is a delicious sake that is not typical of the Nitousato brand.
