Purchased at KOEDO SAKE COLLECTION 2024, an event sponsored by Matsuzaki.
It has a gorgeous fruitiness and a thick, sweet flavor typical of Omachi.
The gentle mouthfeel is followed by a slow spread of bitterness and astringency, ending with a crisp finish.
This mellowness is probably due to the aging process.
It was mellow and delicious. Thank you very much for your kindness.
