Sharaku Junmai Ginjo Natsugin Usu Nigori
The aroma is stable vinegar iso! (Slightly alcoholic?).
Banana-like sweetness spreads on the palate, but as is typical of summer sake, the overall taste is refreshing! (I guess most summer sake has a strong acidity?)

I was able to buy a bottle this year as well, so I will enjoy the changes! I'm looking forward to seeing how it changes!
