Butterscotch, coconut meat, honeydew, Asian pear, marzipan, fennel.
Delicate flavours, but there’s power and complexity. Slightly sweet, medium-low acidity. Smooth and light with a bit of gentle cream. Nutty bitterness on the finish with a slight bite.
I don’t know to what extent aging has affected the flavour. I thought the liquid itself would have a bit of a pink hue, but it’s really just the bottle, a little disappointing. Pink or clear, fresh or old, it’s delicious though!
