Junmai Daiginjo Atago no Sakura
A rare sake in a PET bottle. It is probably a spring-only sake, limited to PET bottles.
The fact that it is bottled in a PET bottle does not affect the quality at all, and one can clearly sense the efforts of the company.
As the label suggests, the flavor is gorgeous, but the light color reminds one of cherry blossoms waving in the wind. The Junmai Daiginjo flavor and fragrance are skillfully restrained from becoming too strong, and the clean, clear finish is refreshing.
This is exactly what the Shinzawa Brewery's Spring Edition feels like.
Try it while the memory of cherry blossoms is still fresh in your mind.
