Continuation of drinking with business partners.
The 11th bottle was Kamikawa Taisetsu Ginpu SIRO.
This was another bottle that had been sitting in the supplier's refrigerator.
I'm surprised they left it!

This is a SIRO of Kamikawa Taisetsu with a strong acidity, completely different from the Hana Yuu we just drank.
Everyone was curious about this Hokkaido sake.
One sip.

No, this? It has a great acidity.
They are all getting made there, but even so, SIRO's acidity reaches the tongue well.
But even among the Kamikawa Taisetsu, this is a different one, and it's one that you can't get at all, so I was lucky to be able to drink it too (laughs).
