Speaking of Sentori, I prefer to drink classic Sentori, but this year, since it was easier to obtain modern raw Sentori, I will drink Mukunin this time following Kame-no-o. I would like to compare the two and feel the difference between the two.
The nose is a gentle apple, but the hint of aroma spreads quickly. This is delicious! I didn't really like apple-like things, but I think I'm going to like it a lot more now.
Basically, it is dry without much sweetness (although sweetness appears when the temperature rises), but the umami is surprisingly good. Isn't this amazing?
It is dry but juicy, so the sake cups are being emptied one after another. In that sense, it is really like Senkyoku...it may be a taste that will make the fans of the past who liked the old sweet and sour ones groan.
It is a sake that has carefully extracted and embodied the elements that everyone will like. It is a gem of a sake that is both a refreshing sake and a fragrant sake! I was impressed.

Rika.
Did you drink it?
It's delicious ✨
No, no, I'm very flattered by your compliment!
But I think it's enough to say that it's originally delicious or your favorite 😊.
