I brought the Dix ans - Noël 2021 that Flax Cat Spark and a friend of mine got and paired it with Italian food*.
The impression of the silky lees asserting themselves with the fizziness of the rain frog and the aroma of the quercus oak*.
The creaminess of the sea urchin mousse goes well with it
Cheese risotto goes well too.
But I like liver pate, but this didn't match very well
It was really interesting to pair it with Italian food because it doesn't have the classic sake feel*.
It's also impressive that they put a four-pack in the wine cooler.
