The way the acidity and bitterness are combined is elegant, It is very light, but has a good depth of flavor. A little pricey, but I found this Junmai Daiginjo to be a great value, I am glad to have found this Junmai Daiginjo! I recommend it with all Japanese dishes. I would like to try it with tempura.
