Every year after May, sake made with Akaban Omachi and brewed with No. 7 yeast is released. 🍶.
I bought it last year and it was delicious so I bought it again this year and let it sit in the fridge for a while. 😀
This sake has the freshness of a nama-shu and the robust flavor of azuki, and can be served at any temperature range.
Gorgeous flavor of Omachi rice and a slight bitterness on the back end. 🌾.
