hellobeatrixEverything I find from Shuhari I really enjoy. Am I being influenced by the branding and experimental feeling? Maybe. But it’s also the brewery to make me think again about Kyoto sake. This is interesting, maybe intellectual sake? Light but not too direct, fun to drink. Enjoyed this with pizza from Jiyugaoka’s best, Pizza17.
