This is a new nigori sake from the Kangiku OCEAN99 series 🍶The clear bottle, pale white label and the color of the sake are wintery and visually pleasing☃️.
The top aroma is reminiscent of white peaches.
The taste is more umami than other OCEAN sake. It has sweetness like Kangiku, so the sweetness and umami spread at once, but it flows smoothly and crisply.
There is a slight gaseous sensation, which is also refreshing.
In addition to the usual deliciousness of KANGIKU, this bottle has the strength of new sake ☺️.
