I traveled to Tokushima and Awaji Island in GW. Matsuura Sake Brewery has a direct sales shop with a bar where you can sample their products.
I couldn't do the tasting because I had to drive, but it was a spacious and clean store. I often saw Naruto sea bream at other roadside stations besides this one, but I'd rather buy it at a sake brewery anyway.
As for the taste, it's the kind you can guzzle with a not-too-strong sweetness and bitterness. I quite like the taste. I should have bought a four-pack.
