Next, a gift from the same person.
It is Toyama's sake, San-Shoraku.
The catchphrase, "Enjoy and laugh, San-Shoraku," was written on the back label (laughs).
In Toyama, Haneya is famous and I love it, but other brands are hard to find, so I am grateful to have the opportunity to drink it as a gift.
Now, let's take a sip.
There is not much fragrance, but it has a robust sweetness and umami.
It is said to be made from 100% rice grown in Toyama Prefecture, and it is a perfect brand for a mealtime sake with the delicious taste of rice.
It seems to go well with fried food and strongly seasoned Chinese food.
Everyone's voltage is slowly rising (laugh).
It was delicious! (^O^)
P.S.
Looking at the notebook in which I was keeping records, it seems that I still opened 4 more bottles after this (explosion).
I'll continue tomorrow.
Good night. (-_-)zzz

Good morning, Tomoyuki Kumagai.
I don't often see San Shoraku, but I've been quite interested in it recently.
It seems to be available at "Nakaguro," a drinking and eating place in Sendai, where I want to go someday.

Good morning, Kab! (^o^)
Please try it at least once.
I am also interested in "Nakaguro".
I didn't know such a restaurant existed!
