I'm ashamed to admit that this was my first time drinking it💦.
I had an image of a traditional dry sake, but Eishiro is completely the opposite! Ripe fruits like pineapple and mango! But it is not sweet and has a refreshing sharpness! Mmmmmmmm! Super! Superb! This is what daiginjo is all about... Bik-bik-bik!
This sake is also on my fainting-in-absentia list!
This time I had pork wrapped asparagus with sweet potato potage sauce 😋.
