Work is a messy mess and I'm in a hurry. I'm going home after a late night full of oden🍢.
There is a sake from Oita that I have never heard of, so I choose it.
The label is austere.
It tastes like junmai sake.
The acidity is a little bitter, but when served with oden soup stock, it becomes full-bodied.
It goes well with karashi (mustard). It's more like karashi than salt. It's a good combination of karashi and hiya. This is indeed the country of spicy lotus root. （I think it's a little different. I think it's slightly different. Kumamoto?)
