純米の虜
This is a sake that I had enjoyed when I drank it before and was eager to drink it again. It tastes mellower and easier to drink than Tokachi, which is also made by Kamikawa Taisetsu. Although the richness of the flavor is lessened by the mellowness of the sake, you can enjoy a consistent, clean taste from start to finish without any cloying flavors.
