ほしやすThis is a summer ginjo from Mutsu Hachisen.
It is light at 14% alcohol.
The aroma is subdued. When you put it in your mouth, you will taste a light sourness and a light bitterness. There is almost no sweetness.
It is better to drink it just a little bit lukewarm rather than very cold.
