Fruity white peach/pear type of nose, clear on the palate, and a clean finish that disappears quickly in the second half,
The second half of the bottle has a beautiful aftertaste that quickly disappears.
It is unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake, but it is not heavy,
It has a "Wonderland" feel to it.
