When the bottle is opened, it pops!
Moderate gassiness
Slightly grapefruity top note
The same gentle aroma, soft rice flavor and not too strong sweetness spreads with citrus-like crisp acidity and a slight gassy feeling, and the slight bitterness that rises from the middle part of the bottle makes it crisp and clean.
On the second day, you realize that it was made with oriki (rice cake).
The acidity is enveloped by the creaminess of the rice curd, mellowing the wine.
On the third day, it becomes even mellower, with white wine-like nuances.
The impression is clean, refreshing, slightly dry and delicate, and of course delicious with a meal or on its own.
It went well with homemade meat sauce and salad.
