Today I will be drinking a sake that I purchased the other day in Nakameguro.
It is Anastasia Green, which I have often seen at Sake-no-wa and have been curious about 🌱.
The aroma is slightly vanilla-like, with a refreshing acidity. When you sip it, along with the deliciousness, there is a sweet and sour taste in the second half. At first, the change in flavor between the first half and the second half was remarkable.
The second half was sweet and sour like apricots, but as the temperature rises, it has a refreshing green apple-like flavor. I also feel a hint of astringency and bitterness 🤔I paired it with yellowtail sashimi and cucumber tsukemono ✨I think it would go well with fatty red meat sashimi 🤤.
