Nigori (nigori) sake from Takizawa in Ueda, Shinshu.
Lightly nigori, soft mouthfeel, fruity, juicy and clean, brewed from very soft water.
Sweet and not sticky range of calmness.
A member of the company's sake club recommended Ding. I am interested in this sake, but I have never had it before.
It is a clear, juicy, beautiful sake that is typical of recent Shinshu sake, which is especially popular at Sakegawa 😊.
