I went to Okazaki Sake Brewery again and purchased Yamae Nishiki-version.
It has a beautiful acidity with banana, melon, muscat, sweet mandarin orange flavors, and a fruity aftertaste that lingers on the palate.
Even on the third day, it still has the same slightly effervescent taste and is really good 😋.
