I traveled to Shikoku with a friend.
One of the alcoholic beverages we were given at our accommodation in Sukumo was a brand called Shimantogawa.
It was delicious, and I kept the impression that I wanted to drink it again.
A quarter of a century later, I met it again.
Slight aroma
It is very light, light and easy to drink.
It is an easy to drink sake.
But it's not the kind of sake I like to taste.
I guess time changes our taste buds.
~Impression after a few days after opening...
Is it because it's been exposed to air?
The umami, the flavor!
I enjoyed the change!
Rice polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content: 16%.
Taste 3.2

Hello ETENE 😃
There is something romantic about a drink 🍶 that you get to meet and drink after a quarter of a century 🥹.
It's fun to have a sake in one of our memories and to be able to taste the different flavors over time 😊.

Hi Jay & Nobby😄.
Thank you for your comment.
Now that I think about it, it's a real mystery why I was so impressed by the sake 🍶 that I didn't really like back then.
I really wonder why the sake (which I didn't really like back then) made such a strong impression on me.
It's scary to realize that it's been a quarter of a century ❢.
