I was expecting Toyobai to be quite dry since it is a dry, dry sake with 18% alcohol by volume, but it was delicious even for someone like me who is not that good at dry sake.
Because of its high alcohol content, I enjoyed it cool and refreshing on the rocks, perfect for summer.
