Organizing past records during the holidays in Hima
September 6, the second night in Kamaishi
We went to two more restaurants in Kamaishi, which is not an easy place to visit.
Kamaishi Fishing Fire Bar Kamariba
A cozy restaurant district newly built to accommodate the remaining restaurants in temporary housing.
Among them, we went to "YoshiYoshi", which has a reputation for having a large variety of sake.
Even though it was a Friday, there was not a single person in the restaurant!
As I expected, the restaurant was also fully booked.
The first restaurant was the local Hamachidori. Let's drink Akabu here!
The lady recommended "Sea".
The label read "SEA," which I understood to mean the sea.
White malted rice? It has a refreshing taste with a strong citric acidity that makes you think it's white malted rice!
Even if you are drunk, you can drink it smoothly.
Akabu Shuzo was originally a sake brewery located in the neighboring town of Otsuchi.
It is also deeply moving to drink Akabu here, which was newly established after the earthquake in Morioka.
