The sake is made from raw sake (once fired) and matured slowly during the summer.
It has a lychee flavor and a smooth mouthfeel. It has a mineral, dry and spicy taste with a hint of sweetness and a sharp finish that makes it easy to drink 😁.
I often hear that this sake goes well with sushi, and tonight I had it with a bowl of tuna 😋.
