Hizenya‼️ is a sake made by Mitsutake Shuzo ❗
I've had Mitsutake's Hokuto Hyakusaiken and Kenshiro labels in the past 👊.
It's light, yet pale and fruity, good on its own or with sashimi ✨.
I think it's good when you want to drink a little bit because it's 300ml, but after drinking 2 bottles including the most popular one, it's not so different from the 4th bottle 😅.

My father is a tatami shop owner and my mother runs a small store that sells some sake 🍶 this is one of them! I finish it because it's a small amount and then open the next one, so surprisingly I drink too much 😅.
