はるとそらI wanted to try Tasake's Junmai Daiginjo at least once.
It was packaged in a presentation box, and the design of the bottle was quite splendid.
Some junmai daiginjos have a strong ginjo aroma, but the aroma of this one is a bit more subdued.
The taste is lighter and more elegant than I had expected, but it is a good sake with a strong presence.
