Lingering Sourness and bitterness remain pleasantly
Impression: Fresh and fruity
The aroma is pleasantly sweet, but not extremely fruity. Sawaya's other rice series are more fruity.
The instant impression in the mouth is that of a ramune, combined with a slight carbonation. I guess it comes from the three-part combination of citric acid, sugar, and carbonation.
Personally, I think I prefer Gohyakumangoku the best.
