Reminder.
This one on the left in the photo is a sake called Breeze, which caught my eye at the supermarket and was adjusted to go well with yellowtail.
I remember that it went well with yellowtail sashimi, but not so well with other dishes. I think it was a very flavorful and sharp sake.
