The next thing I ordered was this one on the menu
It looks like it's just about to close.
Aizan 50% polished, 15% alcohol by volume
I imagined it would be sweet because of the name "Aizan".
but it is surprisingly refreshing and crisp.
It also has a little bit of chili flavor.
Of course, it has a fruity ginjo aroma and is easy to drink.
I could easily drink it with firefly squid salad.
