Excursion to Onomichi, Hiroshima
I wanted to visit Mukai Sake Brewery once.
It is a long-established liquor store founded in 1909!
A retro building built in the Taisho era (1912-1926)
It is registered as a tangible cultural property.
Various brands of Hiroshima's local sake were available.
The "Onomichi Suido" sold by Mukai Sake Shop is made from Fukuyama's "Tenhoichi".
Light yellowish color
Sweet rice flavor
Dry and refreshing, but tingling on the tongue!
The bottle was empty before we knew it!
Ingredient rice: 25% Yamadanishiki, 75% processed rice
Ingredients Rice (Hiroshima Prefecture rice) Rice Koji (Hiroshima Prefecture rice)
Polishing ratio 55
Alcohol level 16%.
