Today, we will have the second bottle of sake brewed by four Aomori sake breweries using the same rice and yeast. Hato Masamune AQE Junmai Hanabukiyuki 70 This bottle was also brewed using the same rice polished to the same ratio and brewed with Mahoroba mellow, a yeast developed in Aomori Prefecture. Compared to the other four, Hato Masamune has a clean, dry impression. The top aroma is moderate, and the sweetness and umami are washed away by the crisp acidity as it expands. This was also a perfect bottle for a mealtime drink! Rice polishing ratio: 70% (100% Hanabukiyuki rice used) Alcohol content: 15%.
