Drinking alone at Noge after work yesterday 🍶.
The place was Morotsuyoshi, which I've been curious about for a while.
Oysters and sake are the best 🤩!
The first two sakes were left to the manager!

Probably my first time (I've been forgetting a lot of things lately 😅)
It has a strong umami taste and is delicious 🥰.
Sweet but not in a fruity way.
A little melon at the end.
Not sure if it's a good pairing with raw oysters 🤣
