Shinshu Kirei純米吟醸 山田錦 無濾過生原酒

I had this one for the first time in almost a year or so.
My impression was that it had a stronger pineapple flavor than last year's, and although it was mellow, it seemed richer. I also had the impression that this year's wine had a more pronounced sweetness and bitterness.
Since we have recently had a series of sharp sakes, I was able to enjoy the lingering aftertaste and enjoy the taste from a different angle.
