Until last year, this label was a wooden vat Shibori, but it's now a first Shibori (¡Ω). The flavor trend is in the same direction, but if I remember correctly, it feels a little cleaner. However, the dryness leads to a fresh acidity, then to a deep, rich aftertaste, and the timeline is more easily recognizable for each element. It is also good when heated. It is mellower than cold. Of course, the strength of cold sake is also attractive. I think it's best to drink something with a strong flavor. Mr. Ota is re-running Marugame. It is an udon shop from the opening! Well, the highway bus from Osaka to Kagawa also goes to Udon, and I think Kagawa Prefecture is very particular about Udon!
