新舘幸樹
This is a souvenir for myself when I went sightseeing to Kiso. I hadn't had a drink of this sake for how many years? I haven't had this sake for about a year.
The aroma is more fruity than I expected. And when I took a sip, the sweetness came to the fore. This was not the impression I had of this kind of sake, but I wondered if it had been made to match the trend.
As you continue drinking, the spiciness starts in the middle and finishes with bitterness.
Today, I paired it with pickled eggplant, stir-fried vegetables, and bonito.
It is still a nukazuke (pickles).
By the way, the pickles are homemade.
