Aroma is a bit odd.
It smells a little like apples, but not in a capueti type of way. I think it had a rice smell, sourness, and a little sweetness too.
The taste is quite full, sweet and delicious, and very drinkable.
The sweetness disappears after the mid-palate, leaving a clean aftertaste.
Up to this point, it is typical of Houken.
However, I think the acidity is a little too strong.
Personally, I have the impression that Sake Mirai has a strong acidity, but I don't mind it so much because many of them have a strong sweet aftertaste, but I may not like it when it comes to dry wines like this one.
I would like to drink it at a higher temperature.
It's a good dry sake that is very drinkable, but if you don't like the classic sourness, I wouldn't recommend it.
