Apparently, this brewery is the originator of Kumamoto yeast, Kiyo-kai No. 9 (the 9 is hidden on the label).
A little soft?
If you say so, it might be mellow 🤔.
But I don't think it's as sweet as the sake degree (-6.8, apparently).
Tokyo Tower at night is always cool 😉.
