The cherry blossoms in the neighborhood have started to fall, so I decided to digest some spring sake.
This time, I will be drinking "Tsuki no Rin", a souvenir from Iwate 🌸.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, it had a crisp aroma with a hint of apple.
The mouthfeel is clean and dry, with a slight sweetness. At the same time, it has a gentle and mild sweetness. The balance of sweet and spicy sandwiches is just right, and the taste is like a candy and a whip.
The combination of a clear, sharp quality and a hint of sweetness makes it taste like a peach!
The way it fades away in the back of the mouth is also similar to the Akagisan, which is really my favorite ✨.
This is the last of the "Tsuki no Rin" series I bought in Iwate. This is the last of the "Tsuki no Wa" series I bought in Iwate. They were all interesting and delicious 😌.
