Rice polishing ratio 55%, alcohol content 16%, 100% Hoshijirushi
This sake is made from Hoshijirushi, a rice grown to reduce the amount of sake rice cultivated in the Corona disaster. The taste is mild to say the least, and frankly speaking, it is light, although it has some Izumihashi-like characteristics. The flavor is more umami when warmed than when cooled.
