On my way home from the gym, I wandered down to my favorite sushi restaurant to refuel my shattered body. My plan was to have a beer to quench my thirst, but the bonito was so good that I ended up having some of my favorite Hidakami ultra-hot sake.
As usual, it was spicy and tasty, nothing to complain about 😁.
Today's bonito was, of course, the best of the season, and the Ishigaki clams were absolutely delicious. However, I forgot to take a picture of it, so the photo is of the isobe-roasted flat clams. They were delicious too!
