Purchased at a liquor store. I had wanted to try it for a long time but had not purchased it. It was the last bottle, so I took the opportunity to buy it. Rarity is high depending on the place. Cold sake. It has a slight floral aroma as it is made with floral yeast. I found out that it is made with sunflower yeast. It is light and nimble, yet has a unique heaviness, umami, and crispness. The rice used to make this sake is Hyoukei Sake No. 18, which is unique to Raifuku in all of Japan. This unique flavor was impressive. Other evaluations said that it was slightly dry, with a modest Raifuku-like flavor. Next time, I would definitely like to try the year-round Raifuku. The taste is perfect with autumnal flavors, but it can also be drunk easily on its own. Even sake beginners can enjoy the taste.
