Hankyu Brewery Festival㉔
It has been quite a while since the liquor store in my neighborhood stopped selling Minamikata.
I tasted the following
Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi
Junmai Ginjo Minakata
I don't remember either of them, but according to a past post about tasting hiyaoroshi, the first one was to my liking, but the second one was spicy in the second half. I think the one before was more fruity at the entrance. I don't know if it's the same now.
This brewery is also close to the station, but I wonder if they do direct sales.
I've never been to a brewery in Wakayama.
